Hello, I'm Patrice. I began MFP on Jan 25, 2019. I decided enough was more than enough when I leaned forward to tie my shoes and if felt like I was choking from a lack of oxygen. I got on the scale and was shocked to learn that I weighed 286 lbs. I couldn't even look down at the scale. I had to take a picture to see how much I weighed. I began an App search of ’How to lose weight ’ and I found this app. Now, I'm down 14lbs and I'm determined to keep going until I reach my goal weight of 170lbs.
