Is it necessary to sweat to lose weight?

I cover 8 km in 2 hours. It's winter & I don't sweat. Will I still lose weight with exercise?
Thanks.

Sweat has nothing to do with losing fat. Your calorie burn doesn't depend on it. Some people sweat more than others, but it doesn't affect it.
