Finally managed to lose weight (40 lb+) the healthy way!!!

I've never posted on here before so feels a bit weird but I wanted to share it with people who may understand...

I've been on diets since I was about 7. I am now 45, and at the beginning of the summer decided to just make small changes and not snack at night and walk everyday. It's been 7 months, and I have gone from 210 to 169, so as of this morning I've lost 41 lbs :) It feels steady and sustainable and I confess to feel rather proud of myself. Thanks for reading! G
