I have Been exercising and dieting I tried keto for almost a year I didn’t lose more than 2 pounds now I’m going to kill me and I’m not anymore than 1000 cal and exercising on my elliptical for an hour a day in doing 400 crunches a day i can’t lose any weight somebody help me

    If you log your food every day as accurately as you can and stay within your calorie goal you will lose weight.

    Have you been doing that? I see you have been a member on this site since 2015. If you open your FOOD diary for us to take a look, we can help.

    FOOD >Settings, scroll down and click "Public" and then save.

    Step back. Start with the basics. How much are you trying to lose? What is your calorie target? Do you add calories based on all the exercise you are doing? Have you ruled out medical issues? Do you keep a food diary? Are you using a food scale?

    This is just my experience- if weight loss happened at the gym I wouldn’t t have spent years stuck at 215lbs. Look closely at your intake.

    Don’t be overly discouraged. Weight loss is about problem solving. You can work through this.

    If you’re truly doing all those things and logging your food and still not losing weight I would go see a doctor hun. Some people have thyroid issues and such that can cause them to have issues with losing weight. If what you’re saying is true this seems to be more of a medical issue. Sending good vibes your way 🤞🏻
