Hey, Everyone!!! I'm new to this app. And Was wondering how do I search diabetes type 2 meals on here. I'm tryin to eat better! Or if you all have tips on a low carb diet Please let me know.

    MFP isn't a search engine, it's just a database full of all kinds of different foods...you can't really search for anything specific to type 2.

    The American Diabetes Association is a good place to start learning about nutrition and exercise for your diabetes.

    I just started a very low carb diet due to high sugar levels. I’m eating no more 50g a day of carbs. I’ve been getting most of my recipes from Atkins and keto websites , I hope this helps.
