PMS rant!

What do you do to help with PMS symptoms? I've never gone this crazy before! I look and feel larger, my body aches like crazy and I have all these crazy cravings! I just feel restless and cranky and lethargic..... anything that can help this mode?

    Do you take an iron supplement? I find it helps cravings. Magnesium helps with aches and pains either an oil or soak your feet in Espsom salts. I also found a light workout seems to get help the bloating. I also let myself go a little over my calorie goal.

    No, I haven't taken iron supplementa before! Maybe I should try. Light workouts usually help but this time I found that Im simply unable to exercise! Not to maake excuses or anything. Also dors bloating happen all over the body, since Im noticing this!
  • Aqua ban works well for looking and feeling bigger, only solves water retention but that seems to help my cramps too... (and makes me feel better if my jeans don't cut in all day!

    Being a woman sucks sometimes.....
