Does this diet work for building muscle AND fat loss?

My weight is 150 pounds, I am a 5’6 18 year old male that wants to build muscle AND lose fat. Can you guys tell me if this diet (picture) looks fine to use? My maintenance calories is 2400, I worked out 5 times a week.
P.s. Please do NOT tell me building muscle and losing fat does not work. Thanks.

Why are your carbs so low? And fat so high? I’d bump up your carbs and drop the fat.3
