I need all the motivation i can get. My mental state is not the strongest and i need help. Please help me my weight is dragging me down and i need to try and pull myself out.

One step at a time - start by entering your statistics into my fitness pal and setting up your goals. Then log for a week without trying to lose weight - just keep track of everything to get used to the process. After a week, look at where you are and it will be much easier to see where you might want to make changes.
