Thanks so much for this site! I found out about this site from ArtOfManliness.com and man, just keeping record of what I am eating has made me eat intentionally.

As a teen, I hated the idea of being on a diet and exercising because I didn't want to be someone who was obsessed with my weight or what others thought of me. Fast forward to today, I am an exercise addict and I actually feel like I am more in control of my life keeping track of my food, rather than being enslaved by it, as once I had feared.

Exercising is one of THE best stress-relievers, makes me jump out of bed in the morning (it helps having "Immigrant Song" as an alarm too), and is something that provides me some time totally to myself while being 100% immersed and engaged- physically and mentally.

I lost a ton of weight once before by running every morning, but since I came back home, running is just not an option and my weight is almost back to square one.
This is only the third day since I started, and I already feel more energetic, trimmer and enthusiastic.

Ultimately, I would love to try out for Sasuke (Japanese Ninja Warriour).
I am hoping to find some communities here that provides tips and support for parkour and upper body strength. Excited to be here. Thanks.
