I work in the medical field and wear a picture ID which the picture was taken a year and a half ago. yesterday I had a patient I was starting her IV and she looks at my ID and back at me and goes "you've lost a lot of weight since that picture was taken haven't you?" kind of caught me off guard since I've never had a patient notice just from looking at my ID picture. Then a little while later when I was injecting her with contrast she says to me "you must be in your younger 20's right?" I told her no I'm 33 but wow thanks! I told her she was my favorite patient of the day because she gave the best compliments
