Settings advice please?

I've just come back to MFP after a few months of doing nothing. This time I want to tale more notice of what I'm actually eating rather than just trying to stay within a calorie limit. My question is what should my limits for calories, fat, carbs and sugar be?

I'm 32, 5ft 4.5 inches tall. I weigh 150.5lbs and have around 30 lbs to lose.

Any advice welcome.
