Go-to heathy - pre GYM

Hey everyone! For the last couple years I’ve been attached to the same routine of rice cakes and pre-workout before the gym, mainly for days I need a little extra carbs.

I love how my body burns the rice cakes, I absolutely love that I have zero indigestion, and from an energy perspective seems they seem to work.

I’ve tried a few other things but I just wanted to ask the community what you would like to use and why!?

    If I'm doing minutes or hours of LISS cardio in the morning, I rarely feel comfortable eating beforehand. Otherwise, fruit and/or bread and a hot mix of protein powder and water works great. Why? I love fruits and bread, especially asiago bread, and protein powder really helps me reach my daily 100g+ protein goal.

    I like espresso and candy right before my lifting sessions. Works very well for me.
