I love the Costco ones. Kirkland- brownies and cookie dough3

Pure protein works for me.. like their chocolate delux.
180 cal per bar.. not really meal replacement...4 -
Cliff builders protein bars sold at Costco0

I love Simply Protien bars. 15g of protien (plant based!) Only 1g sugar and not chalky....they are light and crunchy! My faves are maple pecan and chocolate coconut. Only have 150 cal so a good snack to tide you over but def not a meal replacement2

I wouldn't find any of them satisfying as a meal replacement...they're a snack.2

Clif bars, 20 grams of protein... More than a snack for me but not quite a meal. 270 calories?0

I like quest bars as a snack0

Smart bars. No sugar alcohols so no tummy upsets. Not a meal replacement at 160 - 200 calories but taste great and loads of protein.0

PHD smart bar white chocolate Blondie is genuinely the best one I've ever tasted. It's not quite a meal but with 20g of protein can hold me for a couple of hours1

I find the quest bars incredibly filling. They can be a bit dry so I usually end up drinking about 16oz of water while eating one and it tends to keep me satisfied for about three to four hours, usually right on time for lunch hour at work. At 200 calories most probably wouldn't consider them a full meal replacement, but it works for me and allows me a little more wiggle room during lunch.0

Pure Fit Peanut Butter Crunch. They fill me up for longer than any other bar I have tried (even ones with more protein)... I think because it tastes better it's more satiating?0

My favorite is Chef Robert Irvine Fit Crunch.0

This sounds obsessive but I cut them in half. I feel like my food lasts longer if I do that. Probably just an illusion but whatever works.1
