How to change nutritional value

Need steps to change nutritional value in sodium category for Premier Protein chocolate shake. lI can use mouse to highlight incorrect value, but don't know how to change value. Do I just type over it?

    If you're using a mouse I assume you're using the website, not the app. Are you looking at the nutritional values in the popup from trying to add the food to your diary? There should be a question in the popup as to whether the information is correct, and if you click no, it will give you the opportunity to edit the information.
