How to set goal date in app?

I’m trying to see how many calories I would need to consume on a daily basis to gain 10 pounds by May 4th. Is there a way I can put a goal date to get more accurate calculations as to how much I need to consume? (153, 6’0)

I don't think that option is available, but you can set your calories to gain a certain amount of weight every week, I believe.0

No. You have to math out approx how many lbs per week it is and set yourself up that way. There are so many variables that there's little point in parsing tenths of a lb into your goal anyway.0

There is no option for that, but 10 pounds by May 4th is right at about a pound a week, which you can set as your goal option.0

https://www.losertown.org/eats/cal.php it takes a bit of trial to get the number of calories...try like 2650 first to see, then adjust, I used your aprox stats and sedentary activity level to get it to +10lb by may0
