6 weeks of lifting

I started intermittent fasting in November once my weight got up to 226. I lost 14 pounds doing that and decided to start going to the gym in January. In exactly 6 weeks I have lost another 19 pounds for 33 total pounds lost since November. 1880 calories per day and lifting 4-5 times per week with cardio included. Eat as clean as possible. I have pectus excavtum (funnel chest) and suffer from ulcerative Colitis as well. I feel so much better but I want to lose another 4 inches off waist and get from 193 to 185.

Thanks for the kind replies. I have a long way to go to be happy. Really trying to lose that face fat and stomach fat. Hoping to get to 10-12 percent body fat with 17 plus inch arms. I didn’t measure my waist when I first started but have lost 4 inches over the last month getting to a 38, hoping for 34, While also gaining .25 inches on each arm flexed. I am at 16 on the dot right bicep and 15.75 left. Just really trying to maintain what muscle I have while cutting as much fat as possible. Shocked I gained muscle eating at a deficit.
I had become really lazy and ate an absolute ton of food for about 8 years raising kids and sulking over being diagnosed with UC and using that as an excuse to sit around and get fat. My joints don’t hurt near as bad and I have nowhere near the stomach cramps and bathroom issues I suffered for 8 years every single day. Monitoring what I eat and the portions has helped immensely. It’s nice to not lose my breath from taking a few steps. I enjoy going to the gym now, where when I was younger it seemed like a chore and I would fall of the wagon so easy. I obviously didn’t start from nothing mass wise as I used to lift often as a teen and into early 20s. I took a 8 year period off and used every excuse in the book not to be healthy any longer until I decided something has to give after suffering immense back pain daily and getting out of breath from walking up steps or taking out trash.
I’ve always been self conscious about my body because my sunken chest and am really over coming that issue but still feel disgusted looking in the mirror.1 -
Might I also add a primary reason for getting healthy is I had stroke level blood pressure and off the charts cholesterol levels being medicated for both. At 29, that scared me to getting healthy for my 3 boys sake.4

Fatherhood is an honorable profession. Tell your boys that all of you will grow up to be fit and strong so do as Daddy does.1
