I am just begining. I used to be able to walk nonstop forever without feeling tired. As the weight has piled on and the winter has dragged, I have gotten to the point that I couldn't do a 20 minute walk without feeling winded. This week I was able to walk 30 minutes without feeling too tired!!
It is just as start but it is movement in the right direction.
