Add me to your conversation. I had lost 70 lbs with only about 20 more to go, and kept it off for three years. I worked out five to six times a weeks and this really helped keep the weight off. Then I had two hip surgeries and couldn't work out like I used to. I also struggled forcing myself to stay on track with food. I just got so sick of counting everything that went into my mouth. I have now gained back some of the weight and am miserable. I have a very major birthday milestone in November and I want to give myself the gift of a healthy weight. I have to reverse this weight gain trend and for the first time am reaching out for some support and group accountability.
