Grave’s disease fighter... trying to lose as I win.

The medication for Grave’s disease blocks your thyroid function... I’ve gained nearly 20 pounds since August and have tried everything I know (and I know quite a bit as I am a 21 year personal trainer and yoga instructor vet). It’s been the most frustrating battle of my life.

That is a tough place to be. Hopefully someone here has also dealt with this and may have some strategy for battling the weight gains.
