Who is working out to aid in the weight loss, and what do you do?
I'm on week 3 of Beachbody's LIIFT4 program and I love it! Did chest and triceps yesterday and I went the heaviest yet so I am sore today! That HIIT session after the lifting KILLED me, it was great!2 -
I'm trying to work out consistently. Right now, I'm on week 6 of the 8-week PiYo program.2

Nice! I still have a really hard time going a full hour!0 -
First weigh-in for this challenge = really good! I think a good chunk was water weight but I will take the loss! I often only lose every 2 weeks so I wouldn't be surprised if next week my weight is the same or higher. I weigh myself every day so I can see past the fluctuations and see the downward trend instead.
I'm also getting tattooed on Friday so that will put a damper on my working out for a few days afterwards.
