Any at home workout results?

Lost 89lbs, working out at home currently, anyone got any results to show?

    I'm another advocate for home workouts - I also started in 2012 like rainbow198,
    30lbs gone and history since then and I still workout 5 days a week at home. I started with Youtube workouts like Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, Jessica Smith TV, Fitness blender to name a few - once I got into the habit of a daily workout there was no stopping me.
    Now I have some equipment - various dumbbells/weights and a great stationary bike. Its handy not having to leave the house but yet get a great workout in.

    Went from 40 inch hips to 35, and waist from 32 inches to 25 and chest from 38 inches to 32.
    Was a UK size 14, now a UK 8/10 depending on the brand.

    I couldn’t work out while losing the bulk of my weight, but have been exercising exclusively at home for the 2 years I’ve been in maintenance. I just don’t “do” gyms!

    My weight hasn’t changed much, obviously, but my body fat has dropped from 18% to 14% in the last 12 months.
