Instagram accounts

Hi all, like most things I often refer to Instagram for inspiration, I’ve found a few UK accounts who are basically doing a calorie counting plan.
But looooaaaddds of accounts are slimming world/keto/WW/fitness/shakes etc.

If anyone is from the UK (simply for the food availability on recipes) and is doing a calorie counting plan could you please list your account here?

I have 4 stone to lose.
