I Had been logging everything via MFP but a friend persuaded me to join WW back in August, so I did.

... What a waste of time and money!

From then to last week I had only lost 8.5lbs and even then my weight was all over the place.

I think these types of plans are ok for people that need to lose a lot of weight but for someone like myself ( from the start I needed to lose 2 stone) it's like mission impossible.

So, I cancelled my account with them and went back to basics in the form of portion control, choosing wisely, moderation, calorie count and watch my 'high' carb intake. Resulting in a weight loss of -4.75lbs in week 1 :smile:

I am confident I will shift the remaining 13.25lbs no problem.

Having issues trying to add friends as MFP isn't syncing at all which is a bit of a pain, that and it's unable to sync to my FB account as my FB account already has a MFP account linked to it (I have NO idea what the details are for that old MFP account lol) so I'm not doing too well with the tech side of it all :blush:
