Hey all. I'm a consistent yoyoer who's recently back to my highest weight of 390lbs. But I'm back, and seemingly more motivated then ever.
I recently got a gym membership and found out that I am a morning person. I've been going to the gym every monring at 5:30am and feel amazing. I'm already down 5lbs but I'm looking for some other people who are ready to kick some *kitten* and lose this weight. Please add me! I'll like your posts and cheer you on if you can do the same for me!

Well done! I am also a morning person. I don't go to the gym but I do videos at home in the morning. I find it helps my motivation for the day because I've already got one thing down before I've even started work!1

Awesome man, I'm back at my highest weight at 292lbs THSI morning. I like mornings as well but it's more like 6am wake up for me and dont' make it to the gym until 7:30am, when I do make it because of my family situation. I'll add you and going to send you a message as well.1
