Almost a month in - making progress long way to go

Have a goal of 100 lbs in a year - 23 down - 4 weeks tomorrow. Looking for more friends - especially those looking to lift weights combined with cardio and healthy diet.
Please add me! I try and stay active on the board as much as possible, but with full time job, 4 year old at home and a dedication to exercise I may miss a few comments here and there - but I log everyday, everything that goes in my mouth without fail.
