Diets aren’t going to work for me. I’ve been trying this long enough to know that what worked the best was keeping track of my calories. To be honest, I really just need to eat less and move more. I’m tired of blaming stress and the bad things life throws at me for my weight gain. So, I am back and ready to change my eating habits for good!
