Getting down to the goal. Help!

Guys it has been a fun 60+ lbs journey, now I’m within ten pounds of my original goal. I’m 6’1” and I want to beat my 26 minute 5k and get 25. I’m almost there, but I need your help! Honestly if I can hit this my next goal would be to get down to 200. I need help and constant support. I’m at a point where I’m almost happy with the way I look and feel so I find myself going back and forth every couple of weeks. Send me a request and I’ll help you achieve your goal!

    You sound like you’ve done amazingly well already. Keep at it and that 25 you want will soon be a 24!
