how accurate is the weight estimate at the bottom of the food log? it says if every day was like this in 5 weeks you could weigh.....

    Ignore it, it's an oversimplified gimmick. One, everyday would have to be exactly like today...same calories in and same calories out, and that's never going to happen. For two, weight loss isn't a linear thing...it's going to bounce up and down and all around. You'll have weeks with bigger losses, smaller losses, no losses, gains, etc.

    Other than getting that silly message there is no benefit to 'completing' each day. I haven't hit the complete button in over 12 months.

    Lol. Good to know. I’ve been using MFP for approximately two years off and on and thought it was a part of the process. First time on the community side of MFP.

    I haven't hit "Complete this entry" in probably ten years of logging food. It serves no purpose whatsoever and doesn't affect Reports.
