60 days logging!

Guys I am so pumped to report I've logged for 60 days!!!!! I have not been perfect but the last 2 months I have been able to make small changes that are slowly adding up and getting easier.
I exercised 25/60 days (which includes 2x week strength training) which is huge for me considering I've been very sedentary for a few years and I live in a very cold climate which messes with my motivation.
I logged every morsel of food and stopped mindless snacking.
I've only lost 5lbs and 1 inch from waist (Jean's fitting better!) but I'm already small and my eating has been up and down (not perfect) so this is a big deal to me!
My focus for the next 30 days is ensuring I dont go over my calories, and beating my January high score of 13 active days total (goal is 15 days)
Small changes over time will hopefully translate into results that become a lifestyle
