    I am new here but I think I like this idea!
    39 year old female, 5’4”
    Current weight is 147
    Highest ever is 164
    Lowest as an adult and goal is 135

    2/28: 147

    ugh...up almost a pound. I will likely weigh tomorrow to just see if it was a fluke.

    down 2 pounds from last week...I needed to see this. Hopefully it continues next week.

    This will be so helpful to me. I have Spring Break in the middle of the month, which makes me nervous. We'll be camping and road-tripping so I'll be away from my scales, gym, and routine (which makes me nervous). On the upside, I'll have lots of opportunities for hiking.
