Carb Cycling/Keto & Intermittent Fasting Guidance

Hello! I was looking for guidance on setting up a daily macro allowance schedule for my nutrition tracking that could include the variation in carb/macros for different days of the week? Has anyone been able to do this? Any ideas are appreciated!

    I had a PT do my carb cycling plan for me, it’s based on 2136 calories/day as I’m quite active training for triathlon.

    High carb days:
    147g protein
    245g carb
    60g fat

    Low carb days:
    149g protein
    165g carb
    112g fat

    In reality I have tried a few times to follow this way of eating but I get horrific headaches from it and had no energy for training. It seems to suit me better to count calories overall and aim for around 60% carb and 20% each protein & fat.
