Half cup of plain, no fat greek yogurt mixed with a tsp. of Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder - no fat, not much sodium or sugar, and I think 15 or 18 grams of protein.5

I love seafood in general, but I cook with shrimp a lot because it is so versatile. Shrimp in red curry sauce (with coconut milk) with tons of vegetables is one of my go to favorites. I eat it with rice, but have also done it plain or over zucchini noodles.2

During summer time - mixed salad, a big plate full with a decent slab of smoked salmon or any other smoked fish. My own salad dressing - a bit spicy with chili, garlic, ginger, and lemon grass.0
