Trying to network with MFP users who share common goals, exercise plans, etc with me. I'm 5'9" and over the past three years my weight has fluctuated from 210 down to 163 and back up again. Thankfully, not all the way back up to 210...but not close enough to my happy goal wight of 165. Last summer was when I made it all the way down to 163.3, recording my exercise and calorie intake on a different weight loss app. I'm far more pleased with MFP and the way that this app allows you to network and share your progress, knowledge, tips, and tricks. Last summer when I had lost around 30 lbs getting down to my weight of 163, I didn't have the benefits/functions of this app (MyFitnesspal) and based on how I've been making progress with MFP - I know now, that the way I lost weight last summer...well, it wasn't in a healthy manner at all. I hope to share my experiences with like-minded people who are dedicated and inspired like I am. Add me if you you're on the same page!
