I live in TN most of the time but also have a boat in St Augustine I live on several days a month.

Lift and run almost daily. Active lifestyle includes mountain bike riding, kiteboarding, swimming, etc.

Biggest issue is with after dinner grazing. I leave dinner with calories to spare and go to bed 500 to a 1,000 calories over my target

Need to change my behavior so I can drop 30.

Thanks.

Best strategy, remove grazing food from house.

Thx CC. Tried it (to an extent). Ill eat anything i can find during that period. Pound of bacon to chips snd salsa, chocolate chips, cheese, anything. Doesnt matter whats in the house; ill consume it during those bewitching hours of 7pm and 11pm. I think its pure boredom... But, self diagnosing my behavior might not be the best approach. Was thinking about professional diet councilor session.
