How are you defining thickness? You get to control how much weight you lose but not where on your body it comes off.0

Be in a calorie deficit, eat .6g of protein per lb of weight, and hit the gym using a weight lifting program. You basically want to try to maintain as much muscle that you have. I suggest checking out Strong Curves since you’re suggesting keeping the thickness and it’s very glute focused.
With that said, fat will come off wherever it decides to and there really isn’t much we can do to control that.1 -
As mentioned you cannot control where fat comes off. But you can help retain muscle as you lose which can help your shape. Follow a lifting program and get adequate protein (0.8-1g per lb goalweight).1

Instead of posting multiple threads in multiple forums with just a vague one liner maybe just do one thread where you actually explain your current situation, stats and goals?
The more info you give the more advice can be made relevant to your situation.
Just a thought.....5 -
