I’ll work out for 2 weeks then I’ll stop and once I stopped I’ll try to get back in it but it’s hard what’s the best way to get back into it

    Find a workout you enjoy.

If you enjoy your workout you will look forward to doing it.

I just took about 2 weeks off from exercise (doctors orders), but while the break was nice I also couldn’t wait to workout again. If I don’t like the workout, I have a hard time convincing myself to do it.

I bought a Fitbit. For me that was a new toy that was fun to watch the app auto recognize activity. Challenging other friends in step goals. I find myself walking laps inside the house to get a few more steps frequently. It’s been several months now and the novelty hasn’t worn off yet. I didn’t get a fancy one. I got the Flex2.

    Why do you stop?

Like I mentioned in your other post, follow an actual lifting program. It’s personally more enjoyable for me to have a plan going into the gym every week instead of just winging it. You can measure progress a lot better than just spinning your wheels.
