looking for a fitness friend

I have been into fitness for about 7 years, I love hiit and cardio.
I am looking to really step up my game and lose some inches and gain more energy in the process. Even though I love to work out and do so 3-6 days a week my downfall is food I love bad food some days and then there are days where I barely eat at all. I want to totally change that I would love to get on a consistent and healthy diet.

Would anyone like to keep each other motivated?
