Carb Cycling - Not getting enough calories! **Help!**

I'm struggling on my moderate carb days - ending up with not enough calories, also over on my fat and sugar. Does anyone have any suggestions for "go to" foods for these days?

    Probably just about any grain product - bread, pasta, etc.
    Fruit also works - unless you have a specific dietary restriction, I wouldn't worry about going over sugar from most fruit sources.

    What do you typically eat? Just eat more of it. What kind of carbs I have might not be a good fit for you. On a medium to high carb day I will have things like rice, noodles, potatoes, pasta, bread, beans, pancakes, tortillas, fruit, cereal, candy (on lifting days as my pre-workout).
