Sauce nutrition information.

So I have a couple Samyang 2x spicy sauce packets left over. Just the sauce. I'm on keto and would love to use them for a kick. Problem is, I can't find the macros and calories for the sachet anywhere. Can anyone help me out? I'm more concerned about the carbs than anything.

When it comes to situations like this, I use Google and do my best to guess. Here's what I did:
1) I found the ramen noodle packet and saw the nutrition label and that it had this ingredient list:
If 22.7% of calories is from the packet, I'd make a rough guess that the total calories is 545 calories x .227 portion = 123.715 calories per portion.
2) I checked the USDA entry for "06583, Soup, ramen noodle, any flavor, dry."
https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/foods/show/06583?fgcd=&manu=&format=&count=&max=25&offset=25&sort=default&order=asc&qlookup=Noodles&ds=SR&qt=&qp=&qa=&qn=&q=&ing=
Ramen noodle products vary from brand to brand, but this standard entry shows that most of the calories and carbs come from the noodles and not the flavor packet. This just confirms my guess based on the ingredients and the percentage breakdown on the package. Still, the sauce packet has sugar and oil in its ingredient list, so I would err on the side of caution and either believe in my 123.715 calories calculation vs the 26 calories on the USDA website, especially if I have small wiggle room on a deficit, OR I would take an average of ((123.715+26)/2)= 74.858 calories.
3) If it were me, I wouldn't get too caught up in being super precise for the sauce packets. I would create my own entry for which I enter 22.7% or less of the calories, macros, and micros from the nutrition label on the ramen noodles package. For example, if fat is listed as 17 g, I'd maybe make my entry for 17 g x .227 portion = 3.859 g fat.
As a person doing Keto, I don't think you have much to worry about. From what I found above, it would surprise me if there were more than 19 g carbs (more likely less) in the sauce packet.1 -

Thank you so much! I was having a hard time figuring it out.1 -
