Been dieting and exercising for 6 weeks now when should I start seeing results?

    If you haven't seen results after six weeks it's usually a good idea to go back and check things like your logging. Have you been weighing all your food? Using accurate entries? How much do you have to lose, if it's not a lot and the exercise is new losses could be getting masked by water weight and/or fluctuations.
