.....Smith apple. I ate half of the sticker that says Granny Smith on it. How do I log the sticker? I can't find it in the food diary.

I hope this didn't put me over 1200 for the day

    I'm guessing the sticker is made of plastic, which your body probably won't metabolise therefore won't contain any calories. But the glue is probably starch based, given it's stuck to an apple n'all, so that's probably 0.1g carbs which would be 0.4 calories. At a guess.

    If your body does somehow decide to metabolise the plastic, then it's probably chemically closest to fats and that's 9cals/gram so that would be a tad more calories than the glue alone.

    As for the apple, it's fruit and fruit contains sugar and we all know that sugar is the devil so you need to do this:
