Here we go!!!!

Hey sort of kind of new but I'm here to monitor what I eat and live a healthier life but I hate it lol I do this because I suffer from depression and anxiety so I feel like living a healthier life could help I currently weigh 170 and I'm trying to get down to 150

    Exercise is a great way to fight depression also. Good luck. I too am hoping to get to 150 but my starting point is a tad higher.
