Diet break!

I started my diet break on Monday and I’m feeling bloated since starting! I’m only eating when I’m hungry & not even eating quite to maintenance! Did anybody else experience this when starting a diet break for the first time?

I've had that experience, since I keep my protein and fat calories about the same and make the difference up with carbs and kefir.0

I've gotten temporary bloating on diet breaks before. I think it's added water weight from added calories. As far as my experience goes, it's temporary but usually lasts a few days.0
