Stability ball Hamstring curl (1leg) 10/leg
Russian twist 20

Station 2:
Jump squats 20
Dumbbell curl walking lunge 10
Bicycles 20
Dips off bench 15

Station 3:
Burpee press w/ bosu 10
Bicep curls 10
Side plank dips 5/side
Diamond push-ups 10

Station 4:
Resistance band shuffle 10
Bent over row 15
Squat press w/ tubes 10
Pike ups 15
