I was wondering if anyone else has ever tried the Idealshape products? If so which have you tried? What did you like? Did they work for you in helping to lose weight?

I haven't tried them (hadn't even heard of them) but you don't need that stuff to lose weight. Just count calories here. Get a food scale and weigh your food for better accuracy.5

Looks like the typical meal replacement shakes.
Don't waste your money, just put your stats into MFP eat the foods you enjoy within your calorie goal. This really does work.
Those shakes get boring fast and often leave you craving real food and you still won't have learned how to eat to meet your calorie goal, so when you stop drinking them you will still have to learn to count calories and correct portions sizing. Trust me been there done that.
Might as well start with a sustainable way of eating that will see you through weight loss and going forward for the rest of your life.1
