I am senior in college and married for little over a year. I need to commute an1 1/2 hours to college and have gained 20 pounds since I have gotten married. The college does not have a cafeteria and has fast food for food choices. I tend to bring my own food, but I purchase the sweet things when I get the craving.
I have a big sweet tooth and when I get stressed I start to eat sweets to comfort and energize myself. I started this program two months ago and quit. I gained 10lbs since then and I really could use the support and I am willing to support others in losing their weight as well. Please add me
