Healthkit does not show connect to MFP need help!

I’m trying to get my Apple Watch to sync my workouts to MFP. I’ve enabled MFP to read/write data within my health app. However, when I go back into MFP it shows no connected apps. A quick google search I found a few other posts with the same issue without a solution. Please help.

    Did you go into settings and change it to allow MFP to read from the Health App? You have to allow in the Health APP AND allow MFP to read in the MTP settings>sharing and privacy>health kit sharing>scroll to the bottom. Once you have done this, you can no longer select this option again, which I find odd.
