Applewatch doesnt sync with MFP need help!

I’m trying to get my Apple Watch to sync my workouts to MFP. I’ve enabled MFP to read/write data within my health app. However, when I go back into MFP it shows no connected apps. A quick google search I found a few other posts with the same issue without a solution. Please help.

    The other posts without a solution might be indicative that there isn't one.
