I am constantly struggling to get enough protein. My goal says I should be getting close to 200 based on my exercise etc but I don't even get to 100 most days. Any ideas?

its doubtful that you need 200g of protein per day.
0.6-0.8g per lb of bodyweight (or goal weight if you are significantly overweight) is plenty.3 -
200g? That is a ginormous amount of protein! What % of your calories did you set your goal to?
The most bang for your buck protein sources would be lean meats, canned tuna, shrimp, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and protein powder.
The typical recommendation I see is to aim for 0.6-0.8g per lb of your goal body weight. I've seen some sources more focused on bodybuilding say to aim for 1g per lb of goal body weight. What exercise are you doing that requires so much protein?1 -
200 GRAMS?!? Of protein???
Why?

MFP isn't giving you 200 grams of protein by default unless you have a *very* large calorie allowance. Try resetting your macro proportions to the defaults: 50% carbs, 30% fat, 20% protein.4
