New workout routine?!

Hey y’all! So I’ve done P90x3 and 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels. I’m looking for a new workout! Can y’all give me some of your favorite videos? I still have about 30lbs to lose! Thanks!

    If you like Jillian, there are plenty of her video workouts with similar intensity. I like to mix and match them, so the same body parts won't get hit several days in a row.

    Have you tried 80 day obsession or transform 20 I highly recommend either of those!

    I've been using videos from Sweatflix through Bodyrock since January and I love them! They are intense, so being you like P90X3 and Jillian Michaels, you'd probably dig them as well. It's a pay service, but they do post some videos for free on YouTube so you can try them out. And I think they do a free trial for the service.

    Hi, if you like aerobic, cardio kickboxing and other targeted exercices I follow, on YouTube, Dr Daniel Gartner. A trainer and kickboxing champ.
    But all his videos are in german. I got used to it and not hard to follow as he introduce the moves in english.
    I lost 3cm in waist size. I am maintaining, but if you want to lose weight try him.

    I LOVE Jillian Michaels and do the 30 day shred first thing in the morning Mon-Fri, her Yoga Meltdown Mon, Weds and Fri evenings and her No more trouble zones on a Saturday and Sunday. Still seeing results and live the way my body's changing! Might have to look into the P90, I've never heard of that...🤔

    TurboFire, Kelly Coffey-Meyer(I have her cardio step-boxing, but she has several others), Amy Bento(lots of options, from aerobics, kickboxing, step, kettlebells and weight training), Cathe Friedrich. I guess it depends on what kind of workouts you are looking for. I love kickboxing, so most of my dvds reflect that. I do most of my strength training with free wights at the gym.

    I second Kelly Coffee-Meyer and Cathe Friedrich. Both of them have quite a few DVD's out there. Fun and effective.
